Shipping and lead times

Every CBM shade is made to order in our own plant and shipped coast to coast, to dealers across the lower 48 US states and Canada. Orders are typically ready in 2–3 weeks, and you can follow each one in the Dealer Portal: production start, completion, and the carrier and tracking number once it ships.

United States

  • We ship to the lower 48 states (not Alaska, Hawaii or US territories), by ground from our plant in Richmond, BC, near Vancouver.
  • No surprises: freight, customs clearance and any duties or brokerage are confirmed on your quote before production, so you know the full delivered cost up front.
  • Most US deliveries arrive 3–7 business days after the order ships.
  • Prices are in US dollars (USD), with no Canadian sales tax. You buy for resale, so we keep your resale certificate on file and don't charge US sales tax.
  • Order online in the Dealer Portal, the same as our Canadian dealers.

Canada

  • Shipped by carrier from Richmond, BC. The freight is shown on your quote in the Dealer Portal as you build it.
  • Shades longer than a parcel box allows go by freight carrier; we quote that freight on the order.
  • Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes.
  • Pickup at our Richmond plant is always available, at no charge.
