Where do you sell?
Through dealers across Canada and the lower 48 US states. Every shade is made to order in our own plant and shipped coast to coast. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.
Do you sell to dealers in the United States?
Yes. US accounts are priced and invoiced in US dollars, with no Canadian sales tax. No surprises: freight, customs clearance and any duties or brokerage are confirmed on your quote before production, so you know the full delivered cost up front. Most US deliveries arrive 3–7 business days after shipping. See Shipping and lead times.
Where are CBM shades made?
In our own plant in Richmond, British Columbia, in the Pacific Northwest, about 140 miles north of Seattle. Every shade is made to order there, never outsourced.
What are your lead times?
Typically 2–3 weeks. You can follow each order's progress in the Dealer Portal.
Do you sell to homeowners?
No. CBM sells only through dealers. Homeowners who contact us are referred to a dealer near them.
How do I order?
